Who is the trial for?

Children ages 4-15 who want friendly, structured online English practice with Arabic customer support.

Is the lesson taught entirely in English?

Yes. Lessons are taught entirely in English. Teachers use simple language, visuals, gestures, repetition, and age-appropriate activities to help beginners understand and participate naturally. Arabic support is available for parents before and after the lesson.

My child understands some English but hesitates to speak. How will your classes help?

Our classes give your child regular opportunities to listen to and speak English with experienced international teachers. Through interactive conversations, guided listening activities, and age-appropriate practice in a supportive environment, children build confidence, improve their listening comprehension, and learn to express themselves more naturally in everyday situations.

Why do your classes focus on speaking and communication?

English is more than a subject on paper—it is a language children need to hear, speak, and use to communicate. Children develop real language ability when they listen, respond, and take part in meaningful conversations, alongside learning vocabulary and grammar. Our classes help your child turn what they know into English they can use confidently in everyday life.

How long is the trial?

The paid trial is a focused 25-minute live lesson followed by a short level recommendation.

Do I need an account?

You do not need an account to book and attend the trial. If you decide to continue, create an account to buy regular lessons, use Flexible Credit or packages, and view your schedule.

What happens after payment?

Customer service agrees a time with your family, then assigns the teacher and records the final 30-minute slot.

Is the 20 SAR payment a subscription?

No. It is a one-time payment for one 25-minute trial lesson. It does not start a recurring subscription.

Does every lesson cost 20 SAR?

No. Each parent or guardian can book one trial lesson for 20 SAR. After the trial, regular lessons cost 28 SAR each.

Do I need to buy a course package after the trial?

No. After the trial, you can use Flexible Credit for individual lessons or choose a prepaid lesson package. Neither option is a subscription or renews automatically.

Can I refund unused lesson credit?

Yes. Submit a request for the full available balance from your account. After review and approval, Admin returns it through Stripe to the original payment method; banks usually show it in 5-10 business days.

How soon can I request a lesson?

Contact customer service to agree a date from tomorrow onward. The team records the final time in a 30-minute slot and confirms it with you.
