These draft terms describe the 5 SAR trial, OpenTalk lesson credit, and account responsibilities.
Trial eligibility
The introductory trial is intended for first-time customers. One trial is available per verified account unless an approved exception applies.
Lesson credit and deductions
Customers may add 100, 200, or 500 SAR through Stripe Checkout. The credit can be used only for OpenTalk services, cannot be transferred to another user, and cannot be withdrawn as cash. A confirmed 25-minute lesson deducts 25 SAR when support confirms the teacher and lesson time. This is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
Scheduling and conduct
Customers provide accurate details, join on time, and maintain a safe and respectful lesson environment.
Before launch
Final company details, governing law, service limitations, cancellation rules, and package terms must be reviewed before production use.
